How to delete the unarchived messages from the tables?

Hi Guys,

We have approximately 950000 messages in XI that we cannot delete or archive because they were sent before we implemented the archiving processes.

We need to know how we can remove these messages from the tables.

How do we achieve this?

Hi,

SXMSPMAST table stores the all messages in PI,run report RSTRFCQD for outbound and RSTRFCID for inbout to delete messages,or request your basis team they will help you.

Also we want to know what these reports will do for us?

Is there any SAP note regarding this issue?
