SAPMSSYT - SAPLHTTP_RUNTIME Waiting indefinitely

After upgrading our GTS system to SAP_BASIS Release 702 Level 0010 and SLL-Leg 900 we are having trouble with the program SAPMSSYT hanging. It is just sitting and waiting. I have not been able to find any notes on this that are current. We upgraded the kernel to 120 and we also tried setting the parameters indicated in note 1563370, but neither made a difference. Bascially, the program sits on the saplhttp_runtime step indefinitely. It looks like this program was changed in this upgrade. It is currently on other boxes without having a problem. THis box is ABAP stack only. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Jeanie,

Please perform a kill -USR2 at the OS level. This should generate a c-stack on the trace file of this work process.

Please paste this c-stack of the trace on this thread.
