Hi,
a CR has been imported from development system to quality and then has been deleted from production before importing it in production.
How can I add it in STMS so that the CR I deleted will be visible again with green traffic light ?

I suppose you still remember the CR number?
Go to the import queue, click:
Extras -> Other Requests -> Add
