Customer master Hierarchy problem

Dear Gurus,

I 'm configuring customer hierarchy first time ,need your suggestion how to configure the below mentioned structure

Goodyear HQ

Goodyear EMEA Goodyear AMERICAs Goodyear A/P

(Europe&Middle east) ( NAFTA&South America) ( Asia/Pacific)

Germany US India

France Brazil

Poland

Czeh Rep

Great Britan

South africa

My doubt is how many levels we need to define for above structure? Looking for your inputs
