BTW: Are you sure you are using an 04 inspection lot?
Repetitive mfg should be using a 13 inspection origin. Not 04.

Just to correct you FF, insp type 13 work same as insp type 03. So you can use insp 13 in place of 03, but 04 (GR against PO) is common in both cases.
Dear Expert,
kindly give your ideas into this matter.waiting for your feedback.

1.Check In MRP view ProdVersion must be maintained & correct.
2.BOM and routing bmust be checked.
3.Cost collector should be fine.

Sorry,
If it works in one system but not the other than everything is not the same!
I would hope your config is the same of course since you probably have a tight process around doing and moving config. So more than likely the difference is still a master data item. However, since we are talling about it not working in a DEV system, it could be a config issue. But my guess is still master data.
While this is seems obvious, it's easy to miss and commonly is. I've done it quite a few times over the years! So now I only use QA08 to add and activate inspections which solves that issue. Are you sure the "Active" indicator is clciked on in the mateial master for the inspection type?

Hello Vimal,
If it worked in Dev but not in QA then, as forum member/s said, there must be something missing in QA.
Check 'Control Insp Lot' selection in Inspection Type-04 in a particular Material MAster in both systems.
I don't see any specific other reason for this.
Confirm back.

Hi,
Kindly check the following things:
1. Inspection type "04" is assigned to material master.
2. The check box "Active" has been activated.
3. Inspection type "04" has been assigned to inspection lot origin "04" in the customization.
4. The number ranges for inspection lot origin "04" has been maintained.
Thanks
