.NET service desk integration with solman service desk

hi experts,

The requirement is the integration of .NET with service desk of SAP solution manager 7.1, How to connect .NET service desk with SAP service desk?how is it possible?Is it possible to do without using .net connector? if yes,specify how and what all the Function module use to connect it.
