Root cause analysis missing authoization

Dears,

I'm starting the upgrade of a Solution Manager from 70 Ehp1 to 71.

According note 1462137 we should activate the Root cause analysis before to go ahead.

But despite :

-we have already ST-PI 2008_1_700 Sp5,

-we uploaded anyway the role attached to note 1570706 for the user SOLMAN_ADMIN, and did the 'Update authorization only'

we continue to recive the msg 'Auth. missing' trying to run the "Agent Administration" for the Root Cause Analysis.

Why it does not work ?

Hi Roberto,

Can you make sure the user has the following roles to use the Root Cause Analysis Workcenter.

SAP_SMWORK_DIAG

SAP_SMWORK_BASIC_DIAG

SAP_RCA_DISP

Hi solved creating manually the WEBADMIN rfc both on ABAP and J2EE side...
