hi,

several source elements have to be mapped by connection to oracle db which located in external system in message mapping before engaging. so i need to write code in udf,,

i have one question regarding this.

i have two way, one is mapping in using udf for each element to be mapped, the other one is mapping in Imple.java in EJB for receiver java proxy.

which way is best concept of XI?

If it is a mapping that is to be common across , you can also use value mapping.

Hi,

It depends, better writing a Java Proxy where you can do more than what you can do using a PDF. You can also try ABAP mapping or Java mapping or even XSLT mapping.
