Hi experts, I'm facing a very big trouble
I have 50 users in my productive system and I assigned them SAP_ALL profile (this is temprary)
But I don't want that all the users have all the menus in the main screen on sapgui, how can I filter the menus?
for example I want that user1 have financial and sales menu but keeping the SAP_ALL profile
can you help me please? thank you
Hi,
Kindly create a role with copy of SAP_ALL.
Go to PFCG
Give the role name with u r naming convention .
Click on Change Authorization Data.
Go to Edit tab........In their u can see the Insert Authorization-----Select from Profile.
Here u can give the SAP_ALL.
Once u add it u can do modifications in that role.
May be it will help u.
Regards,
Anil

maybe you are looking at creating the Role menu

You can try to assign authorizations By Transaction PFCG.
To get a restricted authorization like "All, but not HR and BC" you can use the PFCG. Create an new role, do not create a menu and enter the tabstrip authorizations. Here you can select our template SAP_ALL to get a changable complete authorization list like SAP_ALL. Do not forget the org-level maintenance to avoid red traffic lights in the authorization list. By deactivation and deletion of the unwanted authorizations, you can get your special SAP_ALL-role.
