Solution Manager 7.1 SP 3
I have an SMTP job setup in SCOT to run every 5 minutes, but it seems as though it takes several hours for my EWA reports to even be sent to my SMTP node. For instance, the other day I had data that was processed by SM: EXEC SERVICES at 16:00 in SolMan, however, it was not sent by email until about 21:50. The delay is definitely occurring in my SM systems. Is there a separate job apart from SM: EXEC SERVICES that passes the reports to the SMTP node? I was under the impression that that was supposed to occur during the SM: EXEC SERVICES job.
