GRC AC 10 SPM Tables shown as Locked by FFID users

Hello Experts ,

I am facing a situation amongst my SPM user community that very frequently the tables GRACFFOBJECT , GRACFFUSER are shown as locked and hence the FFIds are not available for other users to use. Sometimes I have observed that the lock type "E" remains active on these tables even if the user has logged out of the firefighter session. As a temporary workaround , I am manually removing the locks via sm12 but I want to ask the experts whether this is a known problem or I am missing something here .

I have seen that issue happen randomly at times with both GRC 5.X and 10.0, but not sure why in some cases. Something I am constantly monitoring for.

Usually I resort to getting the session killed off via SM04

But at times you may also have to check the application server in AL08 to see where else the user is logged in. Then in SM51 you change your application server and then check SM04 again and do the same.
