Vendor Contact Person data in Smartform (Bid Invitation)

Hello Experts,

As the title implies, I need to add the contact person info (Name, Telephone number and E-mail) for vendors (bidders) in a smartform, but i require a little help to do it.

First of all, I dont know how to get the BusPartner Number of the selected contact Person in the bid invitation. There´s a function called "FM_PDO_DO_CP_FOR_VANDOR" that returns all the contact persons of a specified Partner, but this is not quite what I need. I need to print in the smartform the info of the selected contact person only.

Could someone please provide me some help.

you need configure the smart form. modify any standar.

Hi Alejandro, thank you for your quick response;

I already defined a customized Z smartform according to our needs. The only issue we are facing is to get the contact person info when we add multiple bidders in the bid invitation. I check it with SAP, and according to them, what we want to achieve is not part of the standard behavior in SRM 7.0

So we will have to make either a development for this requirement or change the logic of our bid process.

Any guideline regarding the mentioned development I will greatly appreciate it.

I solved this issue by calling a FM.
