Hi Akshit,

Could you please try to import a new certificate on your SAProuter

machine to see if this helps.

Please note that you have to delete the files cred_v2, local.pse and

srcert before you generate the new SAProuter certificate

Installation procedure can be found on

http://service.sap.com/internetconnection

=> Internet Connections

=> SNC: installing crypto functions

SAProuter certificates can be found on

http://service.sap.com/saprouter-sncadd

=> Certificates

=> SAProuter Certificates

Hope this helps.

Hi,

As, i mentioned above i am trying to download ehp4 software through SOLMAN and getting the error "the current IBASE component is not active" and RFC to SAP-OSS is also getting faild with the error message " SNC processing failed".

I have now downloaded the Cryptographic software also and done the configuration for the same but still getting the same error.

Now, i want to know is there any connection between the 2 problems i am facing " RFC CONNECTION FAILED" and "CURRENT IBASE COMPONENT IS NOT AN ACTIVE IBASE".

if no, then how can i resolve that IBASE related issue.

Please help to resolve the Problem ASAP.

THanks in advance.

hi,

regarding the ibase error

you can check in IB52, press f4, make sure you dont have duplicate entry over there, if you have duplicate entry remove and activate only the corresponding system entry.

Thanks

Hi All,

Thanks for the reply.

The error has been resolved now. We are using two S-User Ids that is why the RFC to OSS is getting failed.

But now it is working Fine.

MOPZ don't use RFC SAPOSS, the correct RFC is SAP-OSS. Follow this note below to solve this issue.

Hi Akshit,

For the ERROR SNC processing failed:

Could you stop the saprouter process with command ' saprouter -s ' and

restart it temporarily using the following options:

saprouter -r -V 2 -K "p:CN=rclsapproxy2, OU=0000762612, OU=SAProuter, O=

SAP, C=DE"

Try to test the RFC connection to SAPOSS via transaction SM59 ->

R/3 Connections /ABAP -> Connections -> SAPOSS -> Test Connection

(see also SAP note 33135) and send us the following information, in

order for us to troubleshoot the connection problem:

o Output of the command 'sapgenpse'

o Output of the command 'sapgenpse get_my_name -n all'

o Output of the command 'sapgenpse seclogin -l'

o Output of the commands

o File of dev_rout (after the test access to SAPOSS)

o File of saprouttab

o Technical settings in transaction OSS1(Parameter ->Technical Settings)

First, thanks to you both for replying.

@Mateus Pedroso :-

I had already gone through this note 1030498 and checked the configuration also, manually activated the Ibase by IB53 Tcode.

but still having the same problem.

@Roland Hennessy :
