EWA thethe session is shown in status "Data is available"

Hi,

In the EarlyWatch Alert Operations screen the session is shown in status "Data is available" (icon with two small bottles) with the description The service is ready to process session data.

Background job 'SM:EXEC SERVICES' is finished successfully. Few systems EWA report is generated and *for few systems the EWA is not generated and the status is The service is ready to process session data*

ISSUE : Few systems the session is shown in status "Data is available" (icon with two small bottles) with the description The service is ready to process session data.

As an alternative running the session manually from DSA.

Request you to help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Reddy,

If i am updating only ST-SER patch, is there any dependencies , or manually i can update ST-SER patch only?

Solution :-----  i update my ST-SER patch level  from 0024 to 0028 and issue is solved.


My Release no of ST-SER 701_2010_1  with patch 0024 and now it is 0028 (SAPKITLOSS)


kindly update your ST-SER patch level.

Hi Reddy,

Also update the Service content from: AGS_UPDATE.

update your ST-SER to the latest patch 701_2010_1 patch 7 if possible.

Hi Reddy,

What ST-SER patch level you are?

For the background job sm:exec services, it should be scheduled via

the transaction

solman_setup->Basic configuration->Automatic Configuration

->Schedule background jobs

of course you can also manually schedule it. This job generally runs

daily at 00:30:00.

Hi Vikram,

Job is scheduled and running successfully daily without any issues.

For few systems I need to process the data manually.
