Low Disk space in C drive

Hi All,

My MII server showing "Low Disk Space" error for every 10 to 15 days once. I think the log files been generated more.

My "C" drive has about 99.9GB space.

Let me know how to avoid it?

Both can be used. The Netweaver setting is for logs in general whereas the MII setting is when to persist transaction details in the database.

Hi,

It is also possible to reduce transaction instances being persisted. Refer System Administration --> Default Transaction persistence. If this field is to On Error it will reduce considerable amount of data from MII table.

I would first look at which files are being generated that take up the space before changing any settings. However, there are a number of log files which can be generated automatically and which can grow rather large. Please identify the version and build of your MII (and NW if applicable) system.

Hi Michale,

I was using MII of version 12.1.8 Build(20) and NW of 7.1.

I was not changing any settings.Yesterday only cleared the logs and the Free Space is about 79.99GB but today morning it was 69.99GB.

Please suggest any method to rectify it.

Hi Parthee,

MII database growth requirement could couse this problem.

For example on tablespace extension it needs disk space to extend.

please check this situation.
