Wrong Migration Key - Heterogeneous system copy (OS/DB Migration)

HI

I am doing OS/DB Migration. (Solution manager 7.1). I tried various migration keys but none of them is working for me. As per some forums temporary migration key can be used to continue migration is anyone have same for SOLMAN 7.1.

Source System :

OS: Windows 2008 R2

DB: Oracle 11 G

Target System:

OS: SUSE LINUX 11 SP1

DB: DB2 9.7

Hi Sachin

What is the installation master CD number you are using ?

Also, what is the installation number stated in the export log file e.g. SAPAPPL1.log

at the beginning of the log files should have something like

(GSI) INFO: instno = <installation number>

I would also recommend that you use the latest r3tools because sometime the changes in the note will only reflect in the latest r3tools to accept the latest migration key.

1519000 ERROR: invalid migration key

The migration keys has to be generated against the installation numbers.

Thanks for your reply . But I already gone through these notes and the temp migration key which is avaliable in the note is also not working .
