Customer not found in Tcode BP

Hello,

I am trying to setup interface between ECC and EWM. Using CIF, I am able to transfer my master data into EWM, and can find the same vendor, plant, customer etc in SCUMAIN. However when I go to tcode BP, I am not able to find my customers or vendors, do I need to create manually vendors and customers in tcode BP?

Appreciate any input and suggestion on this issue.

Hello Bhaskar,

When transfering customers and vendors to EWM via CIF, please make sure that you make the correct entries in tr. CFM2.

In this transaction, you will find the option "Create Business Partner". Usually, you want both locations and BP's, so select option 2 (Create Both).
