I have requirement to create custom smart form for label printing,it should restrict reprinting of same label number which already been printed, can any body tell me how can i achieve this.
Requirement is to create custom Smart form for Product label printing,this label contains batch number and product details and it is used to affix to Finished Goods, so that once the label is printed with Batch number should not print the same batch number label once again how to achieve this.
if you intend to restrict printing of a label again i.e batch number should not be repeated, then you would have to keep a check on all the batch numbers being used .this can be done by storing batch numbers in a table & setting a flag against them everytime they are printed.Check the flag everytime you get a new batch number and print accordingly.
You will have to cheque the database load created because of this table.Not sure if this would be the best solution performance wise.
