Tuple, MDIS and MDSS logs

Experts i've few questions to ask.

1) how to download tuple data using data manager?

2) Is there any option available to enable MDIS and MDSS logs? If yes, where?

3) where exactly MDIS and MDSS logs are placed in server?

Hello Dhiman,

1. Tuple data cannot be extracted using Data manager but can be syndicated using Syndicator

2. MDIS and MDSS Logs can be viewed under respective MDIS and MDSS by expanding the Auxillary servers node in Console

3. The path where the Log files are stored can be found under Log directory in MDIS and MDSS .ini file's of the Auxillary servers.

Hi,

Its not possible to download Tuple data from Data manager as Tuple is a like a structure which depends on Main table data.

Export function in Data Manager will work for normal fields i.e text ,lookup flat etc but not for tuple.

MDIS and MDSS Logs you can retrieve from console.Go to Auxiliary Server in Console Right click and Mount Import or syndication server-> give server name->u will get Logs

In server it will be placed where MDIS .exe file is present.
