Auto Change in Business Area while doing transfer action

Dear All,

I have 2 company code.One is 2100 & 2200. 2100 employees are assigned with Business Area but not in case of 2200.

When I am transferring 1 employee from 2100 to 2200 there should be no business area in 2200 and it will not allow to assign business area in IT0001.

Please help me out how to solve this issue.
