PGI issue with HU

STO scenario:

STO created and Outbound delivery created

Picking performed , PGI done

Requirement:

To reverse the PGI and delivery

While executing VL09 :

Error message:

No HUs have been transferred for material 10004381 3202 0100

Message no. L9605

In the outbound delivery HU numbers are present which are used in picking but they cannot be unassigned in delivery.

Any idea how to reverse the PGI ??

Hi,

Check if any subsequent documents have been created after u've done the GI.

Check the document flow in Vl02N. May be there is some Billing document which got generated and remains open in the system. Cancel any such further documents.

Also, check if a PGI in the supplying plant has resulted into Goods Receipt in the Receiving Plant. Check the stocks in the Receiving Plant. If yes, then cancel the GR in the receiving Plant and then try to cancel the GI in the Supplying Plant.

Hi,

There is no billing document or any other document pending for revrsal after from material document (PGI one)

Check the Handling status of the handling unit in HU03 transaction in Ttl content (Object column ) the satus should be '01',If the status is 12 you can not do Goods reversal.

Yes indeed the status of HU is "12". Can you please suggest a way to reverse the PGI?

You can not do PGI reversal at all.This is because after PGI some one moved internal movements.To correct the process you need to crete return delivery.

After PGI, HU would have got vanished from supplying warehouse.

How does someone can perform internal movement?

After PGI HU will not vanish only it just transfers from supplying plant to receiving plant.

After PGI receving plant can do internal transfers right ?

GR is pending at receiving plant so internal transfer of HU cannot take place at receiving plant.

Stock is in transit and appearing in stock in transit report.

How do you GR in receiving plant ?I hope against inbound delivery right ?

If some one deleted thge handling units from inbound delivery then you can not see these handling units against youtbound delivery ?So you can not reverse the VL09.

Or Receiving plant storage location can be non HU managed ,If this is the case also you will not see handling units.

Inbound delivery has been deleted but HU does show up in HUMO.

I guess user has just unassigned the HU from inbound delivery and deleted the delivery.

Have you checked the HU status ?.I think the status of HU may be un assigned or deleted .This is the reason yoiu can not do VL09.Create inbound delivery again and assign those unassigned handling units .If are able to assign HU to new inbound delivery then receipt the goods in receving plant and do return process.
