hi,

i have an issue,customer raised sales order 100 qty present stock is available only 50 qty, delivery 50 qty remaining 50 qty system should be block because credit management activated even though system allow in delivery? Please help me.

Hi Pranay

Do you have an issue in Credit Check or with the Availability check,bcoz you mentioned that you have insufficient stock and a credit check issue.

your is availability check carry out system sows 50 quantity only , so you can delivery 50 quantity only , another 50 quantity you can delivered when it is available, this is available check ,

your credit management issue is when you can delivery 50 quantity , this 50 quantity values can check , and also check your credit details for customer, go to fd32, here check your customer and credit control area based, which amount you is credit , and compare with sale order quantity price , when sale order price high compare with credit price system block for credit ,

so you will check credit price. and also check this for automatic credit check it activated , go to OVA8, HERE select your combination , credit group+risk category +credit control area=credit control

in this you credit control is static or dynamic , other credit type check ,

you can release the credit block, go to VKM3 release the sales document
