Dear Gurus,

Can some one please tell me what the standard requirements types that determine in sales order....

For eg Delivery releated what is the requirement type determined.. IIy for make to order etc

Dear Swati,

During transfer of requirements, material requirements planning is informed of quantities which

sales and distribution require to be able to deliver orders received. If sufficient quantities are not

available to cover the requirements, purchase orders, for example, can be created in purchasing

on the basis of transfer of requirements within automatic planning.

Requirement types should be assigned to requirement class.

e.g of some requirement types are as follows-

011 - Delivery requirement

031 - order requirement

041 - Order/delivery requirement

KE - Individual order w/o consumption

KEB - Individual cust purchase order. etc...

You can check all the requirement types in T Code - OVZH.

Std make to order "KE"

Make to stock: KSV

Other types: KLE,011 etc
