NW7.3 AS-Java Installation - DEPLOY JAVA COMPONENT hangs

Hello Experts,

I would like to ask some help especially those who have installed Netweaver 7.3 AS-Java. The installation hangs up when it reaches Phase 40 of 41 - Deploy Java Components. File system and directories have enough spaces.

Hope you guys could give inputs and ideas about the scenario.

Solved. Parallel installation happened. I waited other intallations to finish then restarting fresh install.

In my case also same thing happened on NW7.3 Ehp1 and problem was resolved only after waited other installation completed.

Hi,

Perhaps you can look into the deploy log, which i think located in /JSPM for NW7.3 or logs in sapinst_dir.

Do paste the log if you need more help.

Please check is there any other deployjment running? try to launch JSPM and check the JSPM log.

Error while trying to start SDT GUI

Hi,

Please restart the J2ee engine manually and verify that the system has fully started and you are able to

access the NWA or UserAdmin after that repeat the deployment. This is the workaround which will work here.
