Order blocked for delivery as a result of credit check

Hi

I have encountered a problem with delivery. While running VL01N, after giving the details on the initial screen and press enter, system is giving the error as Order cannot be delivered with the display log Order blocked for delivery as a result of credit check.

We have not configured neither the credit management settings nor gave any credit limit in the credit control area.

Please advise where the problem lies...

can you check in your sales order really blocked in VKM3 transaction.If it is blocked then check why it is blocked so that you will get some clue.

Hi

Thank you for responding. I found the setting due to which I was getting that error at Delivery. In the customer master there is a field "Payment Gaurantee Procedure". In that there are two options to select, one is Letter of credit and the second one is Payment card.

So if it is letter of credit, while saving the order system gives a pop up saying No Financial Documents. But the delivery will be blocked.
