Hi

It depends on the system from where u got the XML data.

It can be anything like Http, Soap, JMS,File

Hi,

In such a case, you can go for a http client tool to post your file to XI, best for POCs

This kind of scenario is simple to develop and also easy to test.

On the Other side, once you receive the message you need to do the mapping and send it to R/3 as required

Also the same can be done with File/FTP

Hi,

normally seperate tool (code) is used, but easiest is as below

You can go to RWB (from XI server homepage)->Comp Monitoring -> Display All ->Int Server-> Int Engine

In the bottom, you find 3 tabs, select the test message tab to post messages.

Pls note that, when you need to test, you should have created the scenario in IR/ID (and u can use the details of Recr Determination ID) to fill in the details.

If you have a XML file then File Adapter.

It depends how XML is available to XI.
