Ramky,

can you check on this hardware where the data is being written.

I hope you might have lost some data too due to this.

Hi All,

i ran the checkdb again and errors are avoided. And let me know how the below one warning can be avoided too

"BR0981W Not enough disk space for the total maximum size 60000.000 MB of 6 files of tablespace SYSTEM on disk device 17969877, missing at least 45787.812 MB "

I have made the condition inactive in DB17 and still am getting the warning too.Let me know what can be done to avoid this warning

Looks like file system or drive on the server has lack of space to extend te tablespace. Increase the space in file system or Drive and try again.

Hi Ram,

Please read Arjun's reply again.

Looks like file system or drive on the server has lack of space to extend te tablespace. Increase the space in file system or Drive and try again.

You should increase the underlying drive / filesystem size rather than increasing / extending the tablespace.

Or probably you can either resize / move the datafiles of SYSTEM tablespace.

Ramky,

ORA-01578: ORACLE data block corrupted (file # 1, block # 34168)

Looks like DB block has encountered corruption. goto DB16 and Click the START button and wait for the results. Log will show you, If there are any corruption in the DB.
