SERIALIZE_APPLICATION_DATA Conversion error ABAP => XML: Request Message

I am getting the bellow error message when running the

Outbound interface.

I am getting this error at the time PROXY call.

I used the Data type as -

PER_AREA_SUB	Element	xsd:string	1		false

this is generally due to a data type mismatch.

Check the data that you are sending and if the corresponding ABAP Data type supports it.

Werecently upgraded to EHP5 .

Before that it was working fine.

After the upgrade we are getting this error message.
