Customer is maintaining free goods as child item for parent items.
Delivery should be allowed only when both the parent and child item are completely available.
Please advice if any standard is available.

In t.code 0VLP (Zero VLP), for both free goods and standard goods item category, maintain value B or C in the field Check quantity 0. By this way, user can't delivery for 0 quantity.

This config is already there. Until only if the child and parent quantity are available completely then it should allow delivery.
