Notification to Monitors of AC Mitigation controls - AC/PC 10.0

Hi,

We have created few mitigation controls in AC 10.0 and integrated them with PC 10.0 to automate test plans and also for manual test plan creations in PC.

Now that we wanted to know is it possible to send a notification to Mitigation control Monitors that a particular control is due for testing or to perform based on due date or frequency defined.

Has anybody performed this scenario. If yes, please share some inputs or any document reference which provides the above information.

Hi,

There is a SAP delivered MSMP workflow, SAP_GRAC_CONTROL_APPROVER, which can be enabled to notify a Mitigating Control Owner of a change/maintenance of a control or the assignment of the control to a end user in Access Control.

I am not sure if Process Control provides any pre-defined MSMP workflows for automating control testing or performance, but I am sure something will be provided. You can customise the delivered workflow/s as per how you want it to work by tweaking the stage settings and agents and by adding any additional custom stages/agents etc.
