ChaRM 7.1 Withdraw Correction Not Updating Status

We have upgraded to 7.1 but are still using transaction monitor CRM_DNO_MONITOR to access and move Urgent Corrections to production. When the developer creates a transport, makes a change, attaches it to a task, assigns the Change Manager to Current Processor, the CD is In Development status. The task and transport have not been released to QA. Previously the Change Manager would be able to Withdraw Correction and the status would update to Withdrawn. However now the status remains In Development and there are two warnings: Status was reset by system, Changes in development system are not excluded. Withdraw Correction seems to have changed.

It appears you must move the CD (first backing out the change) to production to close the CR/CD. Is there another way to reject/withdraw/cancel/close the Urgent Correction?

Hi Lisa,

I can help you to withdraw changes in ChaRM. Please follow below steps and let me know .

1.Go to ABAP editor (SE38)

2. Provide program name CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT and execute.

3. Provide the ChaRM which you want to withdraw in field box next to transaction number.

4. uncheck List output only and select  Unconditional withdrawal .

5. Execute.

This will withdraw Charm and you can see it in status.
