Previous characteristic values in a DIR

Hi there,

Does anyone know of a way to retrieve the previous value for a characteristic in a DIR ?

I created a DIR and populated the characteristics on the Additional data tab with values, i later went back to the DIR and

deleted some of the characteristic values. Am now trying to retrieve the previous values but am not sure how to go about it.

Can someone please assist?

I have tried that but couldn't find anything in the change documents that related to the 'Old' value and 'New' for the characteristics in the DIR's.

Hi,

You can check for any change documents created for the DIR or DIR classification (if created). There may be a possibility that you may find the change log.
