Error in pricing

Dear experts,

We are on SRM5.0/Ext classic scenario.

We have a PO with 3 line items. User deleted the price, quantity, account assignment etc for 2nd line item and made everything 0. He also marked deletion flag for this line item. This PO was then sent to approver who rejected it. Now when user tries to uncheck the 'Deletion Indicator' in order to add details into the 2nd line item, the system gives a dump "Error in Pricing"

I successfully removed deletion indicator from table BBP_PDIGP in the backend but now when I click on item details, I get the same error.

Help will be highly appreciated

Hello,

I have seen such issue when there is something related to AP patch.

You could try to update it to the latest one available. Have a look at note 880749.

I will look into it but this will take a lot of time.

Any other solution please??

The error message is "Incorrect status in Pricing"
