Hi,
what is the official word on the PI 7.3 sFTP adapter (the one FTP with certificate etc)
(Please do not confuse up with ftps, which is different)
I heard it is in 7.31 , but can't find any official word about it.
Is it included?

SAP it self providing SFTP adapter , it supports from PI7.11.
No, this seems to be not correct - ftps is supported since 7.1, but definitly not sFTP.
It is curretly only possible with a external adapter like aedaptive.
This is supposed to be in 7.3 EHP 1, but it seems to be delayed until Q2. At least, what is heard in these forums.

Yes, thats correct as of now.
However, SFTP adapter will also be available for PI 7.11 and PI 7.3 Q2 onwards.
