admissions audit conversion issues and "no audit found"

Former Member

hello,

We used the conversion programs provided to convert any old admission in SAP that was in "created" status to attach an audit.

However, this process would not work for any approved or rejected admission records.

We need to be able to reverse a decision in certain cases or even update the year and session.

If we try we get a "no audit found" error message at the bottom of the screen.

We also can't delete these admission records to re-create them with an audit due to this error.

Has anyone run into this problem and if so...did you find a solution?

Thanks.

Mike

Michael,

Did you also run the correction program (both generation of a profile and an audit run!) for the following assessment status of the admission audit:

11 Canceled

13 Completed Unsuccessfuly

best regards,

Hi Rob,

We first run PIQEVALREGM and select the admission records for rejected or applied. We get a list back of students that now have the opened process status. We've tried this for system status 01, 11, and 13.

Then we run the PIQAUD_MP_CP program and it processes all of those records...however when we go to the student and check it tells us "Could not generate requirement profile".

Hi Michael,

Please check the following thread: http://forums.sdn.sap.com/thread.jspa?messageID=10574738#10574738

This might help in defining, creating a more advanced custom program to solve this issue.

The most easy solution is to have a new admission record. This could have the same info but has an own (new and correct) status, will have a correct audit profile attached to it and you are able to change any data in future. Subsequently you then can delete the old admission record (direct via tables or via custom program).

Best regards

Rob
