TRIP error

Hai SAP Gurus;

i have created an activity type for guest(TP). nothing else we r doing. that is not touching any schema, etc. this activity type will function same as one of the existing activity type.

when am using TRIP, and giving this new activity type, it showing below mentioned error.

Trip activity type G does not exist in the system (T702R)

Message no. PTRA_WEB_INTERFACE032

any other configuration required? ( i have only created an activity type. abaper linked this in the existing workflow, that is this new activity type will functions sames as domestic travel activity type)

Hi,

I think you have not properly define you trip activity type (Define Trip Activity Types) (Go to sm30 and then V_T706R and define your activity type with code G)..

and there no other configuration required from ABAP side. Your workflow will dynamically access activities available in your travel request and expense sheet and will trigger workflow as per your business logic..
