Decimal places are not permitted - message no. 00011 conversion EUR/JPY

Hi,

I have the following problem:

in system A (SAP NetWeaver 7.0)

is in the own application after the currency change from EUR to JPY, message showing

"Decimal places are not permitted" (message no.00011). There is no conversion. The user needs to perform the adjustments manually.This is O.K.

In the system B (SAP NetWeaver 7.0)

in the same application after the same action is not message showing but it is performed a false conversion.(from 100,00 to 10.000). This action is wrong.

How can I setting, system A, that the message will be displayed and conversion will not be execute.

unfortunately Notes 163173 and 33515 did not help.
