Hi Experts,
I have created an alert in alrtcatdef and set the rules in Alert Category
However for the interface fialure, did not find any alert mail in RWB's alert inbox.
Please suggest, where I ama missing.

can anyone please provide me the PROGRAM name which is responsible to send the alert from Jave stack to ABAP stack, this program is mentioned in the batch job which triggers the ALERT,

the same alert is working in different env..but failing in test env when transpoorted to test and higher env.
what I found that the rule set in alert configuration is not working, no mail is coming in alert inbox.
however when a test mail is sent from rsalert it come for the same.
Please suggest.

you have to check below steps:
step1: u have to check connection is maintain / not to mail outlook by using report: RSALERTTEST
step2: r u provide correct user details in SU01 .
step3:r u select fixed recipients in alertcategory

In order to receive alerts, your name should be maintained in the recipient's list.
