I created a job via TX-SM36 now i want to this spool created should be send to the directory which is exist in server.

what is the problem here? batch job getting completed but spool not getting generated?

do you have multilple application server for that SAP instance?
you can restrict execution of batch job by specifying in "Exec. Target" section. look for SAP batch job details via SM37 which you have created and specify server name in this field.
