Attachments in ESS Portal

Dear All,

We are running SAP versin 6.0 and have the ability to attach documents, scans, etc in the GUI on TRIP and PR05 However we would like to be able to make the same attachments in the SAP Portal.

What is needed to activate this functionality in the Portal.

This functionality is only available with at least EHP2 (e.g with business function FIN_TRAVEL_1 active) and minimum BP requirement of 1.2 for WD ABAP scenario in portal but also with some limitations for optical archiving in portal as well (further developments for this functionality come with EHP5)

Document types for attachments to a trip are shown due to the use of BUS2089. Document types as archived business documents are shown due to the use of TRAVEL. So you must customize this accordingy.

Attachments > BUS2089, Business documents > TRAVEL.
