Solved myself.

For the specified storage location, there are two districts maintained in the target system, so the function module "RFC_DETERMINE_JURISDICTION " generated 2 entries in ECC to fetch the jurisdiction code. The system is giving error because of the ambiguity to determine which jurisdiction code.

We maintained district for the storage location to solve the problem.

Hi,

go to the backend -ECC

SPRO

check this config

Go to u2013SPROu2014Financial Account global setting new-----Tax on sales/purchases basic setting u2013define tax jurisdictions

Your tax code determination is in ECC 6.0

Hi,

Has the address (ship-to) been ticked as the standard address too? If this is so, uncheck it and then create the SC.

Hi Ajay,

Can you please mention the SPRO path to untick the address.

Hi,

you can do this in the SRM web page directly. Click on "Maintain Addresses for own company" and click on the address which you are using and uncheck it by going into change mode.

Hi,

But the address directly comes from R/3 right.

Am not able to find any check boxes in SRM web page.

Hi,

while entering the delivery address, are you changing any field for ex: City, zip code, Region?

Because this always leads to this error.

Please confirm. Also, do you recieve the same error while creating a PO directly in ECC for this plant?

Hi Ajaj,

We are not facing any errors while creating a PO directly in ECC for this plant.
