Wrong Solution Manager Tools release

Hi

I downloaded and installed Solution Manager 7.1. After the base install, ST display version 710 while the rest of the components are 702. Also, I did not download ST 710. When I attempt to install SPS4, I get the error: OCS package SAPKITL702 does not match the current software component vector.

Did anyone had a similar issue before?

I was missing BI_CONT update. Once I added it, I was able to continue. Thanks again for your help.

Hi Nader,

Could you please follow the below steps?

i. Package SAPKITL702 requires SAPK-70601INBICONT.

ii. The above mentioned package is a CSP which is not present in EPS

inbox.

iii. Hence, include the above package in EPS/in and then try defining

queue again.

Hi,

Unlike netweaver version Solution Manaer version is always decided by ST version.

Coming to your error make sure that all required support packs are there in the queue. Please check this in MOPZ.
