Hi,

I need an information.

It is possible to delete a workitem from the inbox in production? It exists a transaction in order to do this?

Thanks

Antonella,

have you tried the following?

SWI1, enter the workitem number, display (using the spectacles button) > edit > change

you then get options to manually complete or logically delete the work item, depending on the task.

Hi Vikki,

As you have mentioned here, There are 100 millions of workitem are there in my inbox, could you please let me know how to archive it or delete. Because it is not possible to remove it one by one.

Thanks in advance

Hello,

So you have all your answers.

Either archive or delete wi and related entries in swwwihead if you are sure you don't need it anymore (obsolete, not executable).

Either forward them to an administrator account for a later traitment.

Hello,

Do you want to delete workitems or remove them from an inbox ?

Delete, prefer archiving them.

Remove, use transaction SWIA to forward them to another user.

Hello,

check transaction SWWL - delete workitem.

You have more administrative tools from menu SWLD: Administration --> WF Runtime.
