Dear All,
As per my client requirement in Customer Master> Contact Person Tab > Form Address / Title(Mr.Mrs) should be mandatory.
How to bring Form Address/ Title in to Contact person field Group, like Required, Optional, Display, etc
How to add New Title (Mrs,M/s)
Regards
KS
Dear KS
1. To make Title(Mr.Mrs) mandatory, in OB20 double click Field status 'General Data', then double click on 'Address' group and make 'Form of address' as Req.Entry
2. To add new title, search for 'Maintain Forms of Address' in IMG and maintain the required entries there.
3. To get list of Customers with Account Group, use table KNA1 in SE16 and the account group.
Best Regards

Hi
how to bring Form Address in Contact Person Tab Suppress
what is the exact problem you are facing to make the changes through OB20. If you have doubts regarding the different options of create/change/display...you can make little R&D by changing the field status in one option and checking the other areas...whereby you can understand how the changes are applied.
If you wish to control the status of this field only for a specific account group...use the transaction OBD2 and make the changes.
Thanks,
Ravi
Dear Sudershan,
Since the "Form of Contact - Title details" can be entered once you enter Contact person detail screen it is not covered Account Group screen and hence can't be made Req/Optional/ etc...
Solution:
Use SHD0 t-code and make the field mandatory and activate the variant. This will ensure that customer has to enter the Title without which the Mst data is not saved.
OR
You can also ask ABAPer to do the require changes in coding to make the field mandatory.
Thanks
KM
Hi Sudershan,
Goto OB20 - Create customer(centrally) - General data - Address. There you can find Form of address and the radio buttons named suppress, Req entry, Opt entry, Display in front of the same. You can choose the behavior of the field accordingly by selecting the appropriate radio button.
Thanks
