Hi,
We are currently having JDK 1.4 installed on our SAP NW 7.20 and 7.3 systems and we are planning to upgrade the java to JVM 5.1.
Can any one provide us the steps which need to be followed for the upgrade on Windows 2008 R2 systems running with oracle 11.2
Thanks
Pradeep.G
Hello!,
Please check: SAP Note 1495160 - SAP JVM as replacement for Partner JDKs 1.4.2
You'll need the switch tool and the SAP JVM files.
Check http://service.sap.com/instguides -> SAP JVM Switch for installation details and using the switch tool.
Also make sure that the SAP JVM version you're going to install is compatible with the product: Check http://service.sap.com/pam
Cheers,
Diego.

Hi Pradeep,
The procedure is very well described in under SAP Help.

Please revert, if you are not sure of any step.
