Dears,
is it possible to deleta the sales area data of an customer physically from db? I don't mean the delete flag?

just another option.
you can delete relevant records from KNVV table. use the debug mode. try in test system and test this customer.
If you mean the customer master data then it may be archived after the deletion indicator has been set. While archiving, data is deleted. Please use Search.
By deleting in IMG and creating a new transport request, you can overwrite the existing settings but that is not recommended.
