Whiteboard TV Screen - Live Statistics

Hi there

We are using SAP EIC ECC6 EHP3 and wanted to know if there was a way to get some live statistics out of SAP to go on a whiteboard TV Screen.

For example -

Open Calls - 23

WebRequests - 4

And for this to update, or if anyone knows which would be the best table to take the info to count....

Hi Gary,

Yes you can but to work this we need to implement telephony service.

Our client trying to implement but some reason they got struck with Siemens servers.

I will try to get more information for you and let you know.
