Storage Unit Management Active

Hi,

During creation of Inbound or Outbound deliveries, system is asking for Handling units(packaging materials) to be maintained. I want to know whether this control is flowing from the SU management active button we are maintaining at the storage type or its from the SU management activation at warehouse management level.

This will come storage unit management active from warehouse level as the stock is managing in WM level storage units.

Hi,

While i am receiving a material through a Inbound delivery , its asking for the material to be packed. But while i am delivering the same material though an outbound delivery its not asking for any handling unit . Is there anything i should check here.

This could be controlled either through packing Routine or delivery item category ...etc.

Check below path in routine what is your confighuration.
