Hallo all,
is it possible to have a "dynamic" Table - not only in up-down direction but in left-right direction too, in the Adobe form?
It's about an attendance list.
In up-down: the students with three rows and left-rigt after the three student-rows the rows for all dates
The instructor should be marked the dates, on which the students are present.
True there are two tables:
- one table with the data of students: serial number, student number and name
- one table with the dates of sessions.
The result should be a list: serial number, student number, name, date 1, date 2, date 3, ... date n.
The date of the appointment is the header of the row.
And last but not least if there are to many rows, so it should print a second list with the student data and the last dates.
Is this possible and if yes, can you tell me what i must do.
Many thanks
With kind regards
D.S.

Hi,
Firstly try to get all your data into a single internal table table.
Then creating a table using subforms, you can manage the visibility of individual fields by checking the field value.
