Hello,
I want to perform a SAP Installation on Soplaris SPARK 10.0 . How can it be prevented that the content of the temporary directory /tmp will be deleted during reboot of the Server ?
Kind Regards

Hi,
You can create your installation in some other directory so that you can avoid your dependency on /tmp contents.
Thanks
Sunny

Easy: Don't reboot.
Well, more seriously:
There should be a switch how you can decide whether or not /tmp will be emptied at reboot.
Unfortunately details will differ for various flavours of Unix, and I am not familiar with Solaris.
But Google should give you a start, try with keywords like:
Solaris reboot /tmp delete
